Default cleaning cop's?

Is it possible to clean my cops until I have the $$ to get new ones and if so how should I go about it? I get the missfire in od under high load and low rpm's, and I'm gonna do the plugs too but coils first cuz I'm poor as Hell right now lol, BTW I have a 2007 5.4 with 93000 on her

If there's oxidation on the coil itself that is causing the misfire, you can take off the boot and get as much as you can off. Then re apply dielectric grease and see if it helps. FWIW I'd just get some Gamma COPs from Global or Uneek off of Ebay and have a quality new set for a lower price.

Do these bargain COP's work ok? has anyone had any experience with them?

There have been several that have run the Gamma COPs and they work well. May get a dud out of the box is usually the only complaint. Visteon COPs are also popping up and should be equivalent to Motorcraft in every aspect.
