Default Check charging system

Hey all, hope someone can help. I have a 2006 f150, 5.4l. I keep getting the "check charging system" message. It completely died on me one day on the highway. I've put a new battery and alternator on it, (both tested bad at autozone), ran it for about 45 minutes and now it's doing the same damn thing! Drove it for a while today it was fine for a bit, now the batt light and check charging system is on and won't go off. Now the readings from the alternator and battery are bad?????

Would you have happened to put an Autozone alternator on it?

Second the above. This gen truck is insanely picky about the alternators.

Yes where I live my options are limited. Autozone and advanced, neither of which have motorcraft. I put a new duralast on it.

Thanks for all the input. Finally just cracked down and removed cleaned and tightened every ground and lead. Not sure which one was jacked up, but I drove it for about an hour with no issues. For now...
