Default Cat guttage.

I've seen several people mention they've gutted their cats and used anti-foulers on the rear O2 sensors. How did you guys go about gutting the cats? I don't have access to a welder and the pipe bends kind of limit my nice 2ft flathead.

They won't around here. Emissions are Federal law so gutting a converter would be breaking the law and businesses don't like fines for stuff like that. My driver side converter is rattling and the truck is running a bit rough and I don't feel like payin hundreds of dollars to replace em.

I've found you just have to talk them into it, tell them you will pay cash only without any receipts or anything proving they did it.

Just buy a new set of aftermarket High-Flow cats. They're way cheaper and are still legal.
