Just experience with vehicles that weren't manufactured with turbos/superchargers...

As long as it is a safe tune you have no worries... The first time you lean it out though the engine is most likely gonna be done. If you dont bother with getting the tune done properly the dont bother at all. That is with any performance application whether it is a dd or a ww If it isnt done right its not gonna last.

I have several friends who have driven SC cars for years as their daily driver. Factory and after market, with no problems.

Of course. Whipple hands down. The most efficient, coolest running, upgradeable, power producing blower out there. Troyer's Snakebite setup is a powerhouse to.

Does it come with everything I need? Also does it work with stock fuel injectors?

Also my truck has 62,000 miles on it. It might be 70,000 when I finally get to do it. Will it be safe? This just eases my mind. Lol

Idiots... any block can handle a certain amount of psi from any charger especially a supercharger. In my honest opinion a supercharger is loads more efficient than a turbo, but that's another story all its own. Anyways a block has a safe psi range, and as long as you stay below that range you are fine (max psi). Also when you are driving normally you aren't producing more than a few psi as compared to the max which is applied only at WOT. If you drive a vehicle like you stole it a supercharger or not the engine will be completely ruined before too long.

The whipple kit is designed to be used with your stock injectors. However I highly recommend you install 39lb injectors and a custom tune. Our stock injectors are crap from the factory and cause enough problems under normal use.
