Unhappy cam phaser

good morning all
cause knocking noise i replaced the cam phaser bank 2 on my 2006 ford f150 5.4 ,I drove about 20 miles before getting the engine running bad and the codes: P022,P300,P305 and P307!
i erased the codes and wait ,now when I start, my engine runs well when it is cold, but after about 10 minutes, it's a mess ,and now i have LOW OIL PRESSURE displaying !
the phaser cam is DORMAN brand buy from advance auto parts
What can I check myself, before taking my truck to the mechanic?
thank you

Replace the phaser with a Ford one, the dorman do not have good reports. But first drop the oil pan and see how much junk is in there and clean it out and clean out the pump pickup screen. Even the best condition parts can't work properly in this system with no oil pressure.
Do NOT drive any more until you fix the oil pressure problem or the engine will self destruct if it hasn't already.

Read through the stickied thread at the top of this subforum about fixing the knock/tick for much more info.

The sensors rarely go bad, the solenoid though might not be a bad idea to replace they can wear out or get stuck.

Drop your oil pan FIRST! That oil low pressure reading means oil pressure is less than 7psi. The oil heats up, gets thinner and then the oil pressure will be lower. If that guage is reading true, you've got a clog in the oil system. Most likely cause is timing chain guide plastic pieces in your oil pan and all against the screen on the oil tube pickup also located in the oil pan.

I wouldn't even start the engine again till I looked in the oil pan. It's that important. If you truly do have low pressure engine damage is going to happen.

Sounds like you are on the right track, but in my opinion You should do the full timing job.
Once the guides are gone the chain can slap around and wear through the front cover or brake a hole in the valve cover. Even if it doesn't the metal shavings from it rubbing inside the cover circulating in the oil system and clogging things up won't be good long term.
