Default A/C compressor not kicking in

Hello, here I am again, seems like owning a Ford truck guarantees you a lifetime of issues, anyways, This time I'm having problems with my AC. It's fully charged but compressor doesn't kick in. Bypassed relay and it works fine. Replaced pressure sensor and nothing. Any ideas? My mechanic is out of ideas already, so I am... Thanks!

My compressor is out as well and I'm having it replaced. Just ordered an ac compressor and accumulator/drier kit off ebay for $150.

My compressor worked when they bypassed the relay, clutch kicked in. Computer is showing that there's no signal for the AC detected. Mechanic said it might be the PCM

Ouch..
Said it worked when they bypassed relay. Could the relay be bad?

Test for continuity on all leads going from the compressor / associated connections to the PCM to see if there's a short or break?

Mechanic spend over 2 hours checking all connectors and wires with a voltmeter. Had computer hooked up to truck and showed that there was not request for AC or something like that. He's trying to find someone that has that super computer that shows you exactly what's wrong

Hm. Then yeah, it does sound like a PCM thing... not sure what else would be in the way.
