Default Bilstein Adjustables

Hey,
I am new to the Ford world with my 4door 5.4 4x4, and I am looking at bringing up the front. My front strut is leaking so I figured I would level the front up with adjustable struts. I ran the Bilstein Adjustables set at max lift in my 2008 Tacoma, and the ride was awesome. How do the Bilsteins run in the full size trucks? I am planning on running the Bilsteins at a mid-lift, rather than maxing them out. I only clear my underground parking by 3" at the moment so I only want the front up 1-1.5".

Does anyone running them have any compliments or complaints? Are there better options I dont know about?

Thanks,
Jesse

the only other options are the rancho adjustables but to me the bilsteins seem a little simpler in setup. Personally I've heard nothing but happy comments about them. The only thing you'll have to get used to is less lean in the truck when you change lanes or make quick turns. Rather than the regular sway it has some people say its more stiff but still love the way they ride.

I have the ranchos Quick Lift on my 2005 Scrow. I am happy with it. 9 sittings to chose from softer to firmer than stock. But thy are not height adjustable.
I am not leveled, the back is about 0.75” higher than the front.

I think the Bills are the way I am going to go. Fix a leaking strut and level it at the same time.

If you're pulling the struts, might as well add a leveling kit for another $70

The ranchos coil spring seat is rased + it uses a polyurethat insulater on the botom. That waht lifts the fromt.
