Default boat size

I've got a 08 FX4 Screw with the 5.4 and I tow my 24ft bayliner cuddy cabin on a dual axle trailer (the trailer brakes are not working) and I pull mine and stop mine without any issues. If I WANT to get into it, it'll stay right with traffic leaving a stop light. I'm running a saleen exhaust, and a CAI...no programmer.....

that question is just gonna be opinionated...you can pull as much as the maker says, however i would not advise that, but it's your truck...also with a big boat that 4.6 will have it's hands full..

My Dad and I both have 08 Scab's with 4.6's. We pull a 26 footer with a full cabin, generator, tons of woodwork, on board water tank, etc.

It's extremely heavy, but the 4.6 does just fine. Don't even have to put it in 4wd when pulling it out of the water.

The trailer is a dual axle with surge brakes, no controller needed. I found out yesterday that they work extremely well also, on the way home from the lake I came around a corner on a deer...had the wheels smoking a little bit but stopped surprisingly fast

LOL Never thought about it that way.

Actually we didn't get to fish yesterday, we were just tubing and playing around on the jet ski, and then beached em' for my niece's 3rd birthday party and did some more tubing and jet skiing before going home. I love getting out on the lake
