Default Help....

I am a newbie to this forum, have been lurking for a while.

I have a 2007 f-150 Lariat. My question is, the other night I had my oil changed and went thru a car wash before I came home to change my brake pads....I pull it half way in my garage when I mife came out and found this part laying tight in front of the drivers side rear wheel.....any idea what the heck it is or where i came from???
