Default Back up camera

I am looking for a back up camera where it has rca's that will connect to the tuner on the back of my flip out head unit - any suggestions on good models you guys would recommend? My research seems to be dead ending me to systems w/a monitor and backup camera. I just need a camera, also wanted to know what brands some of you might have used that are decent and out of way when stepping on bumper step...

thanks black, one question - i bought one today, local shop for 30 bucks - the power wire can i "tap" into the breaklight circuit in the tail light without running entire length of truck for power wire - also, where do you think is best spot to make the run for the rca to the cab - was thinking of going under or somehow in one of the runs along the bed and thru one of the grommets in the floor for the cab, let me know what ya think? How would you run it?

Why did you run the camera's power lead to the brake lights???? That means you have to apply the brakes to get the camera to turn on.

Connect it to the reverse light wire. This way the camera is on only when the truck is in reverse. The color code at the taillight housing (left or right) is BLACK with PINK stripe.

Some like to watch their trailer while they drive...if this is the case, then the camera "hot" lead will need to connect to and ignition "hot" lead.

I ran mine into the regular on light in the taillight...that way I can turn on the parking lights and use the camera to see things while driving as well as when backing up...if its hooked up to the reverse lights you can only use it when in reverse...just another suggestion

at the top of the tail gate.

if you have a trailer tow package you can tap into the constant wire there or use the reverse power wire since thats when you will be using the camera...
