So no misses during the test? If no misses were found then the truck is not missing. Rough idle could also be due to phaser problems. Also what brand of plugs did you use?
Cylinders 2 5 and 6 had 1 misfire each, and total misfires were 2.73% which is under the 24%max threshold. I used motorcraft plugs and packs. I didn't know the 4.6 2v had phasers. My 01 4.6 2v did not have them. But I also did some more digging and I found that the cam sensor could be on its way out but so within limits to cause the same issues. I just don't want to go throwing money around without being at least 99.9% sure.

The 4.6l 2v doesn't have phasers. Only the 3v does.

Oh shoot! I forgot were talking the 4.6 I don't think it has phasers. If 2,5, and 6 had misfires that is probably the reason for your rough idle. Did you use dielectric grease on the boots?

Ok so all the misfires were a pass so you're good there. I miss understood. I would say your rough idle is from the EGR failed test but again not my area. As for the code I would think it is either the fuse, relay, or possibly the computer.

I did use dielectric grease on the boots. I was wrong which cylinders had minor misfires. They're 1,5 and 8. It ran the same before I changed the plugs. So I doubt it's faulty parts. It is a minor misfire, but noticeable. Especially when you first apply the throttle. Ford mode 6 ropey says it could be a faulty cam sensor, but still unsure of that.

the Ford mode 6 report says the max is incorrectly reported through the software for the egr. In the app, it shows the mac as -32kpa when it is actually +32kpa, so it's a pass. So, everything passes.
