'07 Lariat - Bought brand new in 2006, up to 282,000 miles with no engine issues. It's still my daily driver. Take good care of them and they'll last a very long time!

got my dads hand me down he bought it with 40k miles on it I got it when it had 170k. I hit 196k today transmission went out sometime around 150k other then that it’s fine motors basically original just basic maintenance. Since I got it I put Lucas in every oil change keeps it from making noise. And at sometime before I got the truck satan himself my brother drove the truck for a few months and he trashes everything he touches blew up a 7.3 powerstroke if that says anything but the truck survived through him and it’s runs great

My 2005 KR just passed 201000 miles and is still running strong. Wouldn’t hesitate to take it on another 1000 mile road trip and have one planned for early June. It’s always started right up and never once has it let me down.

Only things I’ve done to it would be normal wear and tear items. But honestly, when a truck reached 16 years old and passes 200k miles aren’t all maintenance items considered wear and tear? It’s had a great life and anything past this is icing on the cake.

I bought a 06 with 315,000 miles on it from my parents. My mom ran it out of oil once, ( it had a leak at the oil filter adapter) Never had a cam job, and they only changed the plugs once in its lifetime. I changed the plugs, replaced the injectors, fuel pump, and cleaned the throttle body and it runs pretty good now.
