We get a 24 hour suspension if we have a sip of booze and if the cop feels like it. Some cops i guess let you by with one beer. Not worth telling the cop the truth haha.

Here one beer and your running a risk of a 24 hour(no criminal record, points on your license, ticket, etc.) but if you blow over .08 your done for a year

Drinking and driving is cool. I love nothing more than for some *****hole driving drunk to kill themselves. Keep it off the road,like in a field, and kill yourself next time.
