Default help with aggravating problem

I have an 05 Lariat screw that has developed a stalling problem. Upon start up it fires and runs fine, but when it warms up it will lurch and stall. It has the CEL on now and engine in failsafe mode message. I have already replaced the battery, MAS, TPS, fuel filter, and cleaned throttle body thoroughly as well as added sea foam to fuel in tank. Haven't had it scanned yet as battery has been replaced. Hoping it's something relatively simple, but I'm thinking it's the fuel pump. Any thoughts, ideas, or advice will be greatly appreciated, otherwise I guess I'll have to slay that dragon known as the fuel pump.

it goes into failsafe mode usually when a knock sensor is bad or detects knock, or if it's running out of water i think...

cleaning it wont make a difference if the TPS is bad. if i didnt know that you changed it already, i would have recommended a new throttle body. solved my problem when it happened to me.
