Default Alignment question

After doing upper control arms, lower ball joints, struts and shocks on 05 f150, u took her in for alignment. Truck had a gradual pull to right.
Hour later i get truck back. No alignment print out and pulls the same amount. Shop says it's probably tread wear and i should switch tires to see if it pulls left.

in feeling like they didn't even do alignment or it was not checked after ward. Any truth to what they are saying? Shouldn't they have rotated tires to check before i left the shop?

Ask for the printout with alignment specs.

Any good shop would do a test drive after the alignment and go back to fixing the issue. Hard to say what is happening but worth trying a tire rotation to see, then take it back and tell them to fix it right this time.

I had a similar situation in another truck I owned. Pulled right for the better part of a year. I thought it was my fault, I had ran over a large boulder and blamed that. Even after an alignment, still pulled to the right. I thought maybe something was damaged, so I eventually took it to the dealer. They told me it was my tires. They still had lots of wear left, so I thought they were just trying to sell me. A couple months later, I bit the bullet and got new tires, and sure enough, the pull to the right was gone. Tires are a big component. No alignment was going to fix mine. Having your numbers would help prove that though.

They don't have alignment print outs. They test drove and said it must be the crown in the road.??

I’ve never heard of a shop not giving a printout. Are they a legit shop?

That's why you set up a little cross caster. A little more positive caster on the left overcomes the effect of road crown. You need a better shop.
