Do I have to get an alignment after I change the IWE, and Rotors?

No sir no changes would of been made to the geometry of the steering or suspension system

Integrated wheel end?

Are you talking about the hubs with wheel bearing assembly? If so then no you need no alignment after changing.

Integrated wheel end,.... LOL Maybe I'm old and slow but after 30 years wrenching, I have never heard of that.

There on the back side of the hubs.. its the vacuum version of manually locking in the hub in 4wd .. that's the short version lol

Ohhh ok I know what your talking about now LOL Replacing those have no effect on alignment.

Most commonly known as steering knuckles or spindles. (My generation)

No...they are located on the back side of the hubs on a 4X4
