How can I stop my truck from staying at high rpms for about 30 seconds on startup. It does it a lot even when the engine is warm, not only on cold startups

These trucks just do that when starting them even when they're warm.

 

X2 it's just one one those computer controller engine warm up things

 

I really dot like it, is there any way to stop it from doing it
