The reason that it stopped cooling needs to be identified first if possible.

Is the clutch getting power? If so then the problem may be the clutch shims. You can measure the clutch gap before removing it to check that. Lots of YouTube videos showing how. You shouldn't replace the compressor if it is not getting power. More electrical troubleshooting would be needed.

If the gap is adjusted and it resumes cooling, then you'll know that you just need to replace the clutch hub (I'm assuming that the hub bearing is what's making the racket).
