Default 4x4 problem

I have a 2005 Lariar crew cab with 4 wheel drive. When turn the switch to 4 high the light doesn't come on but the 4wheel drive is working. I switch it to 4 low and the light comes on and it is working. my question is why the light isn't coming on in 4 high? The light works cause it shows up when starting the truck so i am saying it is working ok.

that should fix your light problem...make sure you get the updated version with the water hood on it.
