no I don't think it's those cause when I pull them off it just makes a hissing sound so those are working.

don't mean to be rude and i don't know if the issue you have in in relation to a vacuum leak, but just because you have vacuum, doesn't mean you have enough vacuum in that line which could be due to a leak.

edit sorry thought this was a different thread. you need vacuum to NOT have the actuators engaged, so it's not a vacuum leak

yes that's what I'm saying there's no issue in the vacuum.

Scratch that. It is the vacuum lines. I unplugged the vacuum lines with truck off and in 4hi and turned the truck on and all 4 were spinning. It's either something clogged in the vacuum lines or something electrical is going on

I think your best bet is to do some of the testing that VTX1800N1 recommended. because it could be an issue anywhere from the transfer case to the hubs as well as any electronics involved. I hope you get it sorted, that would drive me crazy
