If you're missing the door code and it's not located on a card in the glove box you will need to find the code located on the module located behind the rear seat.

You can find instructions here:

Your other option would be to take it to a Ford dealer and they can look it up after plugging into your truck. Some state they were charged and others say it was free.

NO! Don't drill. It may take some time but you can get it. It's a real bi$&h sometimes, even after doing it several times. But you can do it.

Right at 3:33 in the video above... you can see where the clips are-Just towards the center of the cab next to the metal hoop. It is a royal Btchi if it hasn't been out before.

I've had to do this so many times because I keep forgetting my code. Absolutely ridiculous trying to get those damn seats apart.

You would think you would of wrote it down... but, now your a pro at removing the back seat. Once you know the factory code you can change it to something you can remember...

I found that using a second smaller screwdriver was much easier than using just the 12" one. Lifted the 12" over the bar and left it in place, used the second 8" flathead to press the release tab. Got my code in just a few minutes this way on Sunday.

It might be just because I have taken it out a few times to get to my amp, but I can undo it with my hands now in about two minutes. However the first few times I did it I swear it took me an our to take it off and 30 minutes to put back in.
