Your dealer is wrong.

Cigar is fuse 41
Power Point on the instrument panel is 39
And console power point is 37

All are 20 amps and located in the Central Junction Box in the passenger kick panel

Sorry, didn't realize they changed it for 07 (was looking at my 06 Service Manual). Your dealer is still wrong, though. Try fuse 117 (20 amp).

Here's your owner's manual, look at page 281: http://www.motorcraftservice.com/pub.../07f12og3e.pdf

Early build
Instrument panel power point F39
Cig. lighter F41
And fuse 117

You have a later model.

Aux. power point is F20
Power point 1 & 2 F37

Everyone should have an owners manual. If you bought used, insist the dealer provide you with one. Or, go to the link that has been posted on this site many times (I think GATORB8 posted here too) and download one for free.
