Its not a big difference in the curve. The wheel openings are very similar when complete.

The fiberglass is a cast from oem panels

They have the brackets that hold the.headlights and the upper bumper all in one. A lil not perfect but overall they work. Otherwise u have to make your own. As soon as i sell one of my trucks im gonna do another build thread on how to convert to OEM 09+ style

Okay then what do you do about the last fender hole that doesn't line up? I might try doing this but not before I have all my info. I hate being the guinea pig lol.

I believe only three bolts line up or the last one might be connected to the brackets. The side fender by the upper bumper i dont think attaches to the body also. I did a fiberglass conversion so not sure on how the oem mounts up. I have a set of oem bed panels, fenders and bumpers for an 09. Just need the 05 truck lol

Man keep us updated on how this goes when you do it. It would be sweet if it all works out good and I can do it too haha. I would use fiberglass fenders and bedsides tho because my tires scrape too much offroad. Would be a cool facelift tho.

Why is everything from McNeil a crappy fit? His raptor grille brackets are said to fit 04-08 but need much work to fit. Lol
