Yeah, sounds like phasers or VCT solenoids to me.

Just went out for lunch and the ticking noise isn't as noticeable at this time. I didn't drive very far. It does sound like a diesel sitting there running. The ticking noise usually is louder. Below is the YouTube link.

Just my opinion but the majority of what I hear sounds like injector ticks but there might be a little slight phaser noise in there. These engines are pretty noisy when they are running right. Next time you hear the sound get a video. Go under one wheel well, then around up top and slowly across the top then into the other wheel well. I don't hear any exhaust leak and don't think its what your problem is but just fyi the exhaust leak tick can persist even at operating temp if a couple of the manifold studs are broke. Like I said next time you can hear the tick of concern better take a another good video and post it up.

Try tightening your spark plugs. I chased that tick for a month before I discovered it was loose plugs. Came on about a month after I changed them. Really can't hurt to check and it's free. I could turn my socket by hand a good quarter turn. Very satisfying when I did this and the tick was gone.
