Are the seats interchangeable in 09-14 xlts? My buddy and I each have gray interior his is '10 mines a '14 and before I drive an hour each way to see, did they change seat colors during that time? I want his console he wants my jump seat, are they swappable?

 

colors are different on the grays. Yes, the console and jump seat are interchangeable.

What would you two do about the shifters?

 

XLT's don't have floor shifter's.

 

Should be the same on the XLT's. If you did a flowthrough console like on the FX4's and up, you can just put an insert into the cut out for the shifter.

 

Oh, duh... I thought all consoles had a floor shifter! I've only ever had Jumpseats myself.

 

Yeah the console swap is on my to do list as well. I kinda want a flow thru one but that shifter hole would have to be plugged haha. And finding a wrecking yard with the XLT console is crazy hard, ebay might be the way to go.
