Default Fans dont blow with remote start

I've noticed the past few days when I remote start the truck (even if it's warm cause it's already been running) and get in the fans arent blowing. I power off the climate control and power it back on and immediately they start blowing.

All my settings are set to "auto" so the truck should warm the cab and seats when I remote start it and it's -30C outside. The seats never really feel warm either when I get in, when I turn the key and put on the heated seats, they do warm up just fine.

Anyone else have this? I dont think I can explain it properly enough to my dealer to actually have them do something intelligent about it.

How long do you have it set up to run for?

A few times when it is really cold I remote start it twice although, what is weird when I do that is when I turn the key, the HVAC is always off and the heated seats stay on

I drive the kids to daycare, truck is warm, coming out of daycare I remote start it, get in fans not blowing even after I turn the key. Restarting climate control and it blows.

repeat the remote start sequence and this will double your run time , no need to remote start twice

I noticed one day, that the passenger seat was a lot warmer than the drivers seat. I had left a newspaper on that seat, so I figured that it must have helped deflect the hot air back at the seats surface. Since then, I've been doing that for my seat, leaving an old towel on it. Works like a charm.

FYI, I'm in NH, where we routinely see single digits. Hope this helps!

I have noticed with the AUTO settings, that HEAT won't start blowing hard until the engine is up to temperature. Cool works when it's hot as hell outside though. In between, not so much.
