Whirring/grinding noise from front passenger wheel

I'm having the same problem rubbing noise when turning slightly right. I have my truck in a local independant shop now having it looked at.

I had the same problem on my 2013. We were hit with a snowstorm. Turns out I had to replace the front left tie rod.They said it was worn out do to my lift kit and bigger tires. Only made the noise when ABS or TC was kicking in. Then my 4x4 was not engaging. The result was a new solenoid and vacuum line cleaned. However, now there is still a noise coming from front left wheel and after reading this thread pretty sure the vacuum lines need to more work or tweaking.I hope!
