Default Wheel offset

Forgive me, as I am an idiot when it comes to this stuff. Looking at a new wheel with offset of +12. I currently have the FX4 appearance package wheels. I would like to get the following wheels in either 20x9 or 18x9 with 275/65 tires. What are we looking at compared to stock. I will be putting on rancho quicklift before this is done, with rancho 9000 in the rear...

also, is there anyone that can photochop a pic of the wheel on my truck...

With that offset, wearing a tire of that width, the edge of the tire tread will sit almost exactly flush with the face of the factory flares in back. In the front, it will probably poke out ever so slightly.

Do you have an over all diameter you are shooting for? because a 275/65 is going to vary by 2" in height from an 18 to a 20... so you need to monkey with the numbers for one size or the other to come up with the same over all size. (as a 20" it is a hair over 34" tall... as an 18" its a hair over 32".)

Trying to get in the 33" range for tire.. I have been playing with numbers to find out what I like.. 325/60 seems to be pretty good, but that is almost 13" wide tread

I went with 20x9's with an +18mm offset. Tires are 285/60R20 and stick out about an inch or so.

In an 18", yes.
275/70 (33.15") is another option and would be 2" narrower. Depends on what you are after.

as for 20" tires...
305/55 works out to 33.21 +/- and is a common size people run.
275/60 works out to 32.99 (33.0 +/-) also a common size.

My current setup is a 305/55 on a 20x9 et20. once these are worn out, my next setup will probably be a 275/60 on a 20x9 with a slightly more agressive "et0" to keep "the look" yet try and reclaim some mpgs... just to see if I can. That was also my original plan, but what I wanted was out of stock (both tires and wheels) and I got impatient. I've kicked myself ever since for settling.

Haha!

I saw the 2nd picture first and completely missed the wheel "on" it. Scrolled up and saw the first one then saw the 2nd ones description and thought "what is he talking about, he didnt do anything to it" the realized i was looking at it.
