Its wired into the 7 pin connector. I was going to do the under the bumper lights but my dual exhaust is in the way. I figured for $19 and free Prime shipping I couldn't go wrong. Its extremely bright. Only real negatives I read about is some people saying that moisture got in theirs, so I siliconed where the wires come out and around the lens. Works great because I had trouble seeing and I have no camera.
Thanks, this seems a lot faster than measuring and cutting holes in my bumper to mount lights. I'll have to do the math with my LED bulb wattage and splice this kind of light into that circuit maybe.

I got these cubes off of Amazon for $22 a pair and a switch/ relay set for $13. After a few hours and a lot of soldering later I'm impressed with the light output and function of these, especially for the price. I can't believe this isn't a factory option. Well worth the time and money.

A lot of guys bolt them on to the bumper. I wanted mine tucked back in a little bit. I had a couple of random brackets laying in the garage. Added a small bend and worked out pretty good. I still get the light and they are a little less noticeable in the daylight.

Heres mine. Dual exhaust is in the way for under the bumper and spring shackle mount.

I had a set of cheapos from Walmart mounted to the bottoms of the shackles but once I got my exhaust put on I had to remove because they were in the way. I like the recessed look of those and I'm in the middle of putting in a set of flush mounts

These are actually recessed to avoid being smacked in the case of smacking something. They are also in offset "boxes" to correct the plumb angle in the bumper:

I tinted my flareside backup lights red and converted them into blinkers. I now use this for my backup lights, honestly they're not very brite. But they do indicate my intention of backing up.
