It was for dubai. The guy who had it as his company vehicle over there brought it back to the UK....but passed away before he could register it and use it.
Sat in a garage for six years before his family sold it on....then that guy did nothing with it for 8 months or so and now I'm hopefully getting it.
Registering it involves paying import duty and VAT which should have been done when it came into the UK but wasn't.
So that will all needed to sorted before I can MOT it and register it.....which is going to be problematic as there is zero paperwork with it.
Oh....and it's new home is going to be sunny Scotland where it will be replacing my 2001 2 door XL

Not sure what/if their stance changed on that, it used to be that kit cars/vehicles never registered there uses to get the Q plate, but i too have had foreign country only vehicles with the age appropriate plate.
