Default What the hell is this!!!

I wanna punch something right now. Stayed at a hotel last night and when I get back out to my truck in the morning i see a fine mist of some crystallized substance all over my windshield. Then to my horror I realize it's all over my truck. WTF is this s**t. The only thing I can think of is tree sap. But I don't know if it sprays like this, and worse yet I don't know how to remove it. Any of you guys know what I'm talking about here?!

Claybar will most likely remove whatever it is if washing doesn't do the trick.

Not stupid at all. I was going to ask the same thing. Didn't say he tried to remove it said he did not know how. Maybe he has not tried anything?

If all fails you can wet sand to remove depending on what it is, adhesion remover might work aswell. Can you post a pic.

I have a '**** elm' that you can literally watch FOG the air with its sap! During warm months, you don't dare park anywhere near that puppy!

You can't see it on the truck but I can feel it. Tried to take a pic of the windshield but this stuff is too fine, it's not coming out. I'm pretty sure it's tree sap, cuz it feels sort of sticky.
