I paid $42,161 out the door. That includes about $900 in accessories, -$500 in negative trade equity and $4000 of rebates/incentives ($2,500 cash back, $500 v8 cash, $1000 for credit rebate). I'm refinancing to my credit union before the first payment (their 2.6%/72mo beats Fords 8.94/60mo).

Imagine rebates on a 2014 if they come out with a new redesign in 2015. Get close to September 2014 and people starts buying the new trucks. They maybe more willing to work with you on the 2014s.
