So I was looking at my exhaust today and I saw these guys and I'm so lost about what they are??

It's located on both sides right after the cats.

I am 90% sure thats the header, I dont think you are going to go that far up on your exhaust.

that's the y-pipe, and he said it was after the cats, so, NO it's not the header.
