you are awesome.... I have been looking for that exact thing. I want to replace the factory unit with a nav but until now I had to get the factory nav unit to get it to work with sync. They still don't have satellite radio support but it says coming soon.
I would like to know if they use the factory display above the radio, and the steering wheel controls.
How did you find this product?

Yes please, keep us posted, would really like to know if this has RCA outputs. See if we can get a bulk discount, I'm sure there are a bunch of people on here that would like one.

Visteon Corp., after failing to turn an annual profit since its 2000 spinoff from Ford Motor Co., sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for its U.S. operations.
The filing, submitted late Wednesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., had been expected for weeks, a result of the global collapse in light-vehicle sales.
Visteon, which listed total assets of $4.6 billion and total debt of $5.2 billion, is the fourth-largest U.S. supplier to seek bankruptcy protection, behind Delphi Corp., Federal-Mogul Corp. and Dana Corp.
"Visteon is taking this step to maximize the long-term value of the company," CEO Donald Stebbins said in a statement. "During the reorganization period, we will seek to address our capital structure and legacy costs that are not sustainable, given the current economic environment."
Visteon plans to fund its Chapter 11 reorganization with current U.S. cash, cash flow from operations, and debtor-in-possession financing provided by Ford. The automaker has committed to provide financing and ensure continuity of supply, a Visteon statement said.
Visteon has asked the Bankruptcy Court to allow the supplier to continue delivering parts to customers, paying critical suppliers and honoring employee obligations.

I read that FMC stepped in and put up money to keep them going because they were too valuable as a supplier to loose. I'm guessing, from what I've read, they're position with FMC is is similar to what Delphi's is to GM. Also, the latest press release from this company was dated 9/29/09 concerning this same nav h/u. It was announcing availability to dealerships and select other outlets. If anyone gets any info, particularly the pricing, let us know.
