UPDATE: I purchased a Kobalt at Lowe's as it was on sale. I don't carry a lot of tools so I finally decided (after research exhaustion) that this was a good fit for me.

NOTE: If you get the Better Built clamp kit AND you have a 2011 STX (I don't have the cargo rails yet), you'll have to cut about 3/8" off two of the bolts. As made, they push against the inner flare of the bed (up under the rail) which causes the clamps to bow out.

I don't know about the better built clamp, but I always just used the bottom half of the clamp that you would use to hold a cap/topper to the bed rails.
