Yes it will fill. Slightly different wheel well arches, but it’ll bolt on and body lines will match the cab.

You’ll have to splice taillight wires and you’ll need the tailgate from the 2014.

 

to add to this, technically the 11th tailgate WILL fit on the 12th gen bed. But it won't match up very well. but it will function as a tailgate.

Guys, I have the reverse question. I have a 2009 F-150 with an 8 ft bed. That bed is a rust bucket. I have been unable to find an 8 ft bed from a 12th gen. It seems that almost all were 6.5 ft. beds.

Will an 11th gen 8 ft bed fit?
Are they easier to find?
Will any other generation fit?

Yes. 11th gen will fit. You’ll want to use the 11th gen tailgate too.

You’ll need to splice in the taillights as the connectors will be different.

 

Thanks. Does it have to be from an F150? Do the 11th gen 250 & 350 beds interchange with a 12th gen F150?

Yes, from an F150. The super duty beds are much different.
