I don't think they performed the TSB. I think they just reset the adaptive learning on the transmission without reprogramming the pcm.

yup i noticed this, the torque converter doesn't lock-up until tranny fluid reaches 105 degrees, it has to do with heating the catalytic up, so i'm told

My third gear bog has been cured..... Bought a tuner from Mike @ 5star, had him leave the TQ converter locked in 1-4 shifts. Night and day when compared with the stock shift strategies.

I have an Edge CTS, and mine still occasionally bogs. Depends on the throttle usage.
