Sync update - cannot find installation files

I'm in the same situation. Bought my 2010 f150 two weeks ago and it's never been updated. Would be nice to have the latest working update.

I recommend trying a master reset for the issue with your phone:
The install concern with 4.4 is ongoing. You can send your VIN in a private message if you want to be contacted once the issue is resolved.
The most current version is the only download option in your Owner account.

Been waiting on a call back or contact from ford on the status of the 4.4 update for about 3 weeks now. Seeing as how this was an issue long before I submitted a request, I wouldn't expect anything. Very disappointed in FoMoCo's handling of this situation and the disregard for taking responsibility and fixing an error released without proper quality control.

I'm having the same "files not found" problem. I downloaded the sync update 4.6 and it still is a no go. Tried multiple usb thumb drives to no avail. Truck is 2014 STX sport. Currently on sync version 4.4
