Sync problem on 2011

I've had TSB 11-10-22 done a few times now, still takes a dump on me every once in a while...probably 3 or 4 trips in a row every couple weeks; no line in, no USB 1 or 2, just AM/FM radio and the voice button does nothing. Other times it won't recognize the command "Line in" (nor will it recognize "Line the f*ck in, you stoooopid piece of s#!t!!!... LINEINLINEINLINEINLINEIN FER CHRISSAKES!"). When I shut the truck off it never stays on line in either; always defaults to something else, either AM/FM, USB 2 or CD but never line in, which is the only feature I really use....strange...

What do you use line in for if you don't mind my asking?

Problem still there. Dealer? Bring it in there's an update. Try rhe self update with usb flash drive and it says theres no media on it when i can plainly see it on my computer. For something that is supposed to be convenient it sure is a pain in the ***. My f150 might turn into a silverado at midnight.

I'm having a really annoying problem with my Sync lately. This morning, the Sync would not work at all for the entire 6 mile trip to work. Press the voice button, nothing. Press AUX and it briefly says Sync then changes to FM. When I left work, the Sync worked just fine. This has happened on more than one occasion. Other times it won't come on for five minutes or so like it is slow to boot-up.
I pass a Ford dealer to and from work everyday. This morning I thought I'd stop in on my way home. Of course the darn thing worked fine this afternoon. I don't want to stop if it is working since they probably won't be able to do anything to troubleshoot.
Anyone else having these problems? I'm a little concerned because I'm going on a trip next week and I wanted to use the nav feature. By the way, this is on a 2011 XLT with the plain old head unit...no computer screen navigation.
Thanks!

Power to the 12 v adapter.
My 2014 F150 STX Sync would work again once battery cable or fuse was pulled. Just recent in last month or so radio everything fine but Sync completely dead old tricks don't work. Noticed the power plug to left of USB is dead also. I will pull apart here soon and see if can find bad wire or connections.

By any chance does someone have the sync1 3.2.2 update that they can share?
The ford website does not give me the option to download it and I cannot find a link anywhere else to get it.
Thank you in advance for any replies to this.
