I was having a lot of problems with Sync 2 (MyFord Touch). I took it into the dealership and they updated it. I had version 12285 which came out sometime in 2012. The dealership was able to get me upgraded to version 16180, which is the November 2016 update. This seemed to fix most of my problems and has made the voice recognition substantially better. The full version of the latest update is: SYNCGen2_3.10.16180.EA.0_PRODUCT

i was able to get the phone working but on the way home i was getting a SD card failure fault for my navigation, and it wouldn't connect to stream music via BT. That was friday on my way home from work. Saturday and Sunday the SD card fault didn't come up at all, but didn't try streaming music via BT either.
