I can hear people but they cant hear m . I did everything on you tube from fuses to master rese . Nothing worke . Bought new microphone waiting for them to install it. Hope this is the cause. If not ford says it might need a upgrade from a 3.4 to a 4.0. And they charge 140.00 to do it
