No I have not because I cannot make it malfunction all the time, it does it seemingly at random and usually its just once or twice now and then...rarely does it go completely crazy like the other day

I did the master reset and it seems to have fixed the issues with the sync for now.

On another note, I took the truck in to the shop today for the shaking and low power issue I experienced last Thursday. I handed the service writer the TSB and told him it happened under load while It was raining. He took the truck back and brought it back less than an hour later and said it was just a re flash that was needed. I am not sure how to feel about this. The receipt they gave me shows nothing was done. My fear is they just reset the DTCs and pushed it out the door.
