its the amp and sub all in one box. its an 8" sony sub and a 700 watt amp

If you unbolt the box and flip it over you will see the subwoofer and a small amp attached to the box.

2011-2 Has the amp under the console. The 700W thing under the passenger rear seat is soley the subwoofer. 2009-10 had the amp along with the subwoofer under the passenger rear seat.

700 Watts? So there is a 60 amp fuse for this? I bet it's 12-15 watts. Amazing they are allowed to say this. Unless there defense would be no, it's not 700 watts, the name of the speaker enclosure is 700W.

Yeah insulting. Put no power rating on it. I laugh when my friends say 'hey my new car came with a 1,400 watt sound system'. Sure it did. My 1990 Rockford Fosgate Punch amp rated at 30 x 2 driving 5 speakers would whoop that thing up and down the block. I want RMS both channels driven at 20-20khz with 0.01% THD or nothing.
