Default Starting problem

HI guys.
Yesterday the battery on my truck died after 3 and half years. Replaced it last night and my truck started fine. This morning I started it and again it started fine however I switched it off as I had forgot something inside.
When I tried restarting it the engine just turned over but it would not start. I disconnected/reconnected the battery and again it started fine. When I put it into gear though I moved a couple of feet and the engine died with a low oil pressure error. Again I disconnected/reconnected the battery but the engine just turns over and it will not start.
Up until the battery died yesterday the truck had been running fine so I'm really wondering what the issue could be.
Any idea's on what could be causing this?
Appreciate any help!!

Let's start with

Year, make/model, miles, miss, etc. Fill out your signature line with this info. It's under the user cp tab.

When you disconnect the battery, make sure you keep it disconnected for at least 15 minutes, to allow all backup power to drain.

If you still have the issue after that, look into the oil warning light, the engine will not start if the oil level is low. Have you checked to make sure your oil level was good?

Thanks, I'll try this later and let you know. Oil level is fine though.

I disconnected the battery for about an hour but no change. The engine is turning over fine but it just wont start. I'm no mechanic but to me it seems as if the engine isn't getting fuel?? Just strange that I had absolutely no hassles until the battery died....

Starting to sound like Fuse 27 TSB https://ford.oemdtc.com/TSB/15-0137.pdf

Check the fuse 27 holder in your Battery Junction box (under the hood, above the radiator) for melted, or heavily corroded terminals.

Read the PDF. This will probably happen again. Relocate/upgrade the fuse per the TSB, the kit part number is in there. It's cheap.
