small screw to plug CAC
Last night I screwed in a small metal screw to plug the cac hole I previously drilled to relieve the hesitation issues I was having.
The only concern I have is, over time, could the tip of the screw corrode and then cause the corroded piece of metal to fall of and end up in the engine when air is sucked in from the cac? I would think perhaps the perpetual stream of oil will keep things lubricated so corrosion wouldn't be an issue. Any thoughts?

No the cac isnt the issue. Issue was the spark plugs. Now that i see it isnt thw cac i want to plug it up. Dont like dripping oil here and there on my or someone elses driveway. I took the screw out again though, but now the hole is a little bigger than i would like...

I think I may go that route, however now the hole is not 1/16, it's more like 3/32 after inserting a srcrew then removing it. isn't that going to be too big considering the pressure could seep out of a hole that large?
