As far as the stock spring rates go If I remember correctly they are somewhere between 500-550 lb , but they dont seem to be in reality , all I know is they are way to soft . When I first got my 2013 xlt 4x4 I hated the way it handled , like a big ol bus ...... If I were you Id go with at least a 650 lb eibach ... But any aftermarket spring is going to be better than those garbage oem springs ... Love my Fox 2.0 with a 650 lb spring rate but Id like to go even heavier like a 750 lb .... check out the link below

Yeah I haven't been able to find definitive answers on the spring rates. Might have to take some measurements and make an educated guess. I'm not looking for a load rating, I need the actual spring rates in lbs/in.

Personally, I'm going for a softer spring rate with longer travel. I want to make sure the suspension geometry stay tolerable.

Old thread, but thought I'd add these links since I was recently looking for spring rates as well. There is also a link to another thread with a picture of the chart posted.

*Posted information for the wrong year of trucks, removed information* (knew it was an old thread, see above)

Here are the specs for 2018/2019 as I could find them.

Front GAWR
(non HD Payload package)
2850 lbs = 314 lb/in
3000 lbs = 354 lb/in
3150 lbs = 394 lb/in
3225/3300 lbs = 433 lb/in <-- This is mine, 2018 Super Cab, 4x4, 2.7EB, STX
3375/3450 lbs = 473 lb/in
3525/3600 lbs = 513 lb/in
(with HD Payload Package)
3400/3750 lbs = 633 lb/in
3900 lbs = 593 lb/in
4050 lbs = 633 lb/in

This is the 2009-2014 section and the steel body vs aluminum could make a potential difference in these (I do not know the answer to that).

Also a 5 year old thread....

No need to delete it! Could be helpful for others later on. That's what these forums are for. I marked them down for my own info since I get a lot of the newer gens through my shop. Thank you!
