With these no-name Chinese head units, you're taking a bit of a risk though.
As I said earlier, I don’t have one of these trucks yet, I’m currently looking for one. I’d like to get a 13 or 14 with the 5.0 that has the dash like the one I posted above. I’ve read a couple threads on the unit you showed and unfortunately several people have said it’s junk.

There are aftermarket bezels with controls, or there are now control interfaces that maintain factory controls.

Ok. Seems like all the trucks I’ve seen with the 8” screen still had what looked like the factory head unit, so I guess I figured no one made a replacement HU that would work with the factory radio controls. That takes care of that, but I still like the full center console of the higher end trucks just not the console shifter.
