Yikes! This is my biggest fear to find rust on the truck. Being in Western PA they salt, salt, salt the heck out of the roads here. I bought my truck this May (its a 2012) and know Im going to be at the DIY powerwash all the time to keep the salt off the truck. My other plan is to move to Texas ASAP, which unfortunately is getting delayed until the spring at the earliest now.
My 2010 was in the same boat but not that bad. Was mostly paint peeling off. It was two tone paint and all flaking off underneath. I now have a 2011 "not" two tone, and there's no signs of any chipping, flaking or rust under there.
The 5 year unlimited mile warranty only works if you have rust penetration.
Looks like you have the low mil build problem many of these trucks have on the lower of the doors. The paint needs a certain mil build to ensure corrosion resistance, uv protection etc. Many of these trucks have very little paint at the bottoms of the doors. All it takes is one rock chip and it's over.
If your paint is thin down there, and you get even a small rock chip, and you wash it every day like you say. That will cause rust. Moisture causes rust. Salt merely speeds it up. You don't need salt to create rust

My Superduty I had before my F150 developed some major rust issues on the bumpers and undercarriage/bed. It was white like your truck. I think for some reason white rusts worse than other colors, could be a coincidence though?
