Bought Limited emblems so they did not have the tab on them, took them apart (the black part come out from the chrome) and painted them Ruby red.

Bought them on the forum and purchased the parts when I ordered the truck so that they would be ready to install upon delivery. Obviously not a patient person am I

That Ruby Red F-150 emblem looks awesome! I see you already changed your tires too? How come? Are you still running the 275/65 stock size?

Just installed the Recon tinted signals for the mirrors, look great and super easy to install.

I debates on painting them and they did turn out a bit darker that I wanted, probably should have gray primed them first for a lighter background.

I really like the clean look of the emblem so that the tab (XL, STX, XLT, Lariat or platinum) was not there

Yes stock size, I have never had good luck with Good for a Years so I swapped them with only 4 miles to get the max trade value from my tire guy.

You had me wondering about the add ons also. Congrats, it's a beauty. Enjoy.

Trying to stay moderate but tasteful. The White/Gray hair on my head is the reason for shiny metal instead of all color.

Not everybody's flavor but it is mine.

Is there a writeup that you followed somewhere? How were you able to run wires through the door hinge area? Truck looks good. Thanks

Looked at a couple on here and have the wiring manual, figured out what wires I needed and just wired it up like the instructions on this forum.
