Default Replacement Lug Nuts?

I rotate my tires every 2500 miles. Noticed today that they are mostly buggered up! Thanks Discount Tires!

So which replacement lug nut, if any, are you now using with better success?

Thanks

If you have stock wheels you need some like this.

I got them from Amazon for $100. They look so much better than 6 or seven missing the "chrome" cover and the rest marked up to heck.

Aren't those going to have the same separation problem as the OEM?

Gorilla nuts are are solid steel no cover to separate. Just curious why the 2,500 mile rotation? 5 to 7 thousand is considered the norm.

Just something I have always done to keep front wear minimal. Tires seem to last longer and tread wear is even. Just me, kinda like changing oil and filter every 5k, just something I do with all my cars.

The problem we experience with these lug nuts, is it:

1.) poor design issue;
2.) wrong socket size used;
3.) all the above?
